The Space
The first thing you notice about Capstone View is the Sea.
The large windows throughout the property make you feel like you are surrounded by it.
The sea is everywhere you go.
The second thing you’ll notice is how big it feels.
It’s spaciously proportioned across two-floors and is as big as most houses.
That means that everyone can enjoy their own space.
Finally, we have tried to furnish Capstone View to the highest standards.
You’ll notice it in everything you do.
We have tried to make everything as nice as possible for your visit.
Every year we try and improve it a little bit more.
All in all, It’s a magical place that you’ll be sad to leave.
The Location
We are only 2 minutes away from the beautiful Ilfracombe harbour and seafront.
Enjoy the many fantastic bars and restaurants selling seafood straight off the boats.
Take yourself a little further and you have the hidden beaches and coastal paths.
Lounge
The heart of Capstone View is the amazing open-plan lounge and its giant windows.
They have incredible uninterrupted sea views.
Watch the day boats as they go up and down the coast, or watch as people amble around Capstone. On a clear day or night, you can see all the way across to Wales.
At night settle down on the comfortable couches in front of the 65″ TV.

Parking
There are several council car parks on the seafront – we use the one on ropery road. This is a pleasant 3-4 minute walk from the property and costs £40 per week.

Towels and Linen
All towels and linen are provided.

The travel cot and high chair are stored in the walk-in cupboard in the upstairs front bedroom.
